Shades of Clay proudly presents Helen Breil Designs Focal Frames! Whether you are using polymer clay, buttons, resins, beads, paper, fabric, felt, photo's, paint or anything else that strikes your fancy, nothing shows off your work better than a beautiful frame. And these frames are truly different. Focal Frames are made from maintenance-free and lead-free pewter. Considered the world's fourth most precious metal after platinum, gold and silver, pewter's ability to withstand time and it's natural good looks give it outstanding value. Unlike silver, pewter does not require polishing or any other special care. It does not rust, tarnish or deteriorate over time. Made in Canada to Helen's exacting standards, Focal Frames are available in either Satin or Antiqued finishes.....both are individually hand polished. Create personalized custom jewelry for yourself or as outstanding gifts that are sure to thrill the recipient. If you are selling your work, these high quality frames will not only enhance your design but will dramatically increase the value. Simply fill the Focal Frame cavity with your personal work, add cording or a chain, and your unique pendant is complete. For those working with polymer clay, most of the designs feature cavities that match Kemper cutter sizes. Simply use the appropriately sized cutter for a professional and foolproof fit. It couldn't be easier. Designs include bails with generous openings, allowing clearance for most chain clasps and easily accommodating 2mm buna cord. Daybreak

Left: Satin
Daybreak is unique in that it has two bails on the reverse. You have the option to single or double string this versatile design (as in the top example). If single stringing, choose to use just one bail as in the example on the left above or use both bails for a different look as on the right. For a really simple, fast and effective focal point, buttons with their loop backs removed are a great option for this design. A 3/4" button fits the cavity perfectly. If you are using polymer clay to fill the cavity, a 3/4" Kemper Circle cutter will create an ideal starting point. Size: 1" diameter Daybreak Polished Satin Finish
Verve
