Description
How to use Cernit varnish?
Mix the varnish before use. Cernit water-based varnish must be applied to your creation in hardened polymer paste and degreased with alcohol or with Darwi Cleaner. It is very easy to use with a fine brush.
Once the baked piece is covered with varnish, it will be necessary to respect a drying time of one hour. This drying time must also be respected between the application of different coats. For optimal results, apply 2 to 3 coats.
Once the varnish is dry to the touch, it must be baked a second time at 110 ° C in a traditional oven preheated for 15 minutes. Let your part cool in the air for 48 hours to guarantee maximum hardness.
After using the varnish, you can wash the brush and the material with water.
